When can I access my storage unit?
You can access your unit daily (Saturday-Sunday) between 6:00 am – 10:00 pm.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are: Monday-Saturday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Closed on Sunday.
How do I rent a unit?
You can rent a unit online, in person, or over the phone. View our units at Caldwell Mill or Liberty Park.
How long are your rental contracts?
All contracts are month-to-month.
When can I move into a unit?
If the unit you need is available, you can move in any time during normal business hours.
How do I vacate my unit?
We require a 10-day notice before you move out.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You must have a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
How do I make a payment?
In person, mail a check or money order, online through the website, or sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card or bank account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, ACH bank payments, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
What items am I NOT allowed to store?
Anything illegal, explosive, flammable, noxious, odorous or perishable. Please contact the office if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
How do I access my storage unit?
Once a lease is signed, each tenant will be given a passcode that will allow access to the gates and building doors during normal access hours.
Do you have moving tools available?
We have complimentary carts to move items in or out. Please return carts to loading areas when finished. Dollies are also available upon request.
How much does a storage unit cost?
We offer a variety of different storage units to fit your needs, so prices vary. Check out pricing and availability by clicking “units”.
What type and size storage unit do I need?
This is a great question! It’s important to consider what you’re storing and how often you may need to access it. For example, if you’re using a storage unit to store business inventory or important documents, you may need a slightly larger unit in order to set it up more like a storeroom with shelving and pathways to gain easy access.
On the other hand, if you need a storage unit for long-term storage or for items you don’t access often, you can really pack in a lot into a smaller storage unit.

To help you save even more, you can rent a storage unit with no reservation fee, no credit card, and no long-term contracts — which all adds up to NO hassle. You can also rent month-to-month.
